What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for plants 5 days after purchase. We are unable to accept anything outside of this window due to the unknown environment plants can be exposed to after leaving our shop. 

We can accept returns on any unused ceramics or hard goods for up to 2 weeks after the original purchase.

Have an issue with a plant you purchased? 

We want to set you up for growing success! Please email us directly at info@marantaplantshop.com with any plant care related questions.

Is there a way to be notified when a specific plant is in stock?

There is no guarantee we can source specific plants; however, we will try our best! Please call us at 414-909-3850 or email us info@marantaplantshop.com to be added to our wish list.
